ESTABLISH DATABASE
The Exchange Center will gradually establish a comprehensive database of the overseas Chinese scholars in North America in order to provide convenience to those government and business people in both North America and China to look for the right personnel.

MEMBERSHIP
The Exchange Center recruits its members from government officials, scholars, entrepreneurs, professors, etc. in both North America and China, in order to promote effectively the cooperation and exchange in the areas of economy, education, culture, science and technology.
